TE Weickgenant & Associates, Inc. is seeking professional, hard-working, licensed CPAs or an IRS Enrolled Agents with at least three years of US Tax and Accounting experience.

The job requires high level tax preparation skills, superior tax research and problem solving abilities, broad software knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication skills. We have a team approach to provide high quality client service for tax compliance, planning, financial statements, and general business consulting.
TITLE: Senior Tax Specialist
Compensation: 70k to 90K
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing of Individual tax return-1040, corporate tax return-1120, 1120S, partnership Tax return-1065, Various state tax return, franchise tax return, sales, and local tax etc.
- Stock Option tax reporting like (RSU, ESPP etc.)
- Review and filing of Trust tax return.
- Handling IRS notices, Examination and Audits.
- Handling various State tax notices
- Payroll processing and filing required payroll reports like form 940, 941 and other as required.
- Solving client’s tax related queries.
- Representing client in an IRS audit and Examination.
- Training New hires for Tax, payroll, and accounting software
- Tax research for tax related issues, new tax rules and regulations
- Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
- Recommends tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues.
- Preparation and Review of Financial statement per US GAAP
- Manage multiple client engagements to ensure exceptional client service while meeting both internal and external deadlines.
- Filing FBAR and FATCA-Foreign Compliance
